The Starmobile Up+ is equipped with a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD slot), 2MP front camera and a 8MP autofocus rear camera with BSI technology and LED flash. 

The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and supports Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates, a feature which allows users to update their phones to the latest version of Android via Wi-Fi and without the need for a PC.
